Miriam Morris is an experienced Senior Publicist and has worked in Communications in arts, heritage and festivals for over 14 years. She has a degree in Communications and Literature from Edinburgh Napier University and an MA in Celtic Studies from the University of Glasgow.
Miriam has worked as a Communications Officer for Scottish Book Trust, the Scottish Storytelling Forum, the Scottish Storytelling Centre, Historic Environment Scotland and the National Galleries of Scotland.
In a freelance capacity she has lead campaigns for Edinburgh UNESCO City of Literature Trust, Push The Boat Out Poetry Festival and The Belfast Book Festival. She also leads campaigns as part of an established visual arts communications studio that promotes arts, artists and photography in the UK and internationally.
She is experienced in PR pitching and media relations as well as establishing creative and engaging PR and public activity campaigns.
